Le Marché Parisien – Authentic Parisian Coffee & Pastries in Bedford, NS

Update on last review: I didn't realize they were new to the area. I don't live close by but I come here 1-2 times a week! I really enjoy the cappuccinos and pastry/desserts. Staff are always friendly. One time my phone wasnt working and they were patient with me while I figured it it out to pay. My favorite cafe HANDS DOWN!!!! I've never had a bad drink or pastry/dessert. I want to try other drinks/pastry but I can't because I love what I order, perfect each and every time. Please keep up with what your doing!!! Shut the front door! Just came back from Paris and Ive been MISSING the cappuccinos, other caffeinated beverages, and desserts. I got the almond croissant and a cappuccino and fell in LOVE! The service was great too! Cute little shop and I'll definitely be back! Especially for a cappuccino. I saw there was tarts. When I was in Paris out hotel had a tart with peices of pear in it. Do you have those sometimes? If so....I NEED TO KNOW!

Highly recommend this place—the staff are super friendly, the lattes are delicious, and the ambiance and decor are fantastic. It's perfect for a study session. When I visited on a weekend afternoon, most of the cakes were already sold out. I'll try coming earlier next time.

I recently visited Le Marché Parisien, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I was served by the owner herself( Fatima), and she was absolutely wonderful — kind, attentive, and genuinely passionate about her café. The bakery items were absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of authentic flavour. Whether you’re stopping by for coffee, pastries, or just a cozy place to relax, I highly recommend Le Marché Parisien. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is my go-to coffee spot, replacing my beloved Starbucks. The atmosphere is so cute, it feels like I’m temporarily visiting a cafè in France. Coffee is wonderful, the baked goods—amazing (lemon tart is my favourite), and the mini grocery sporting French goods has a great selection of new items to try. Staff is ALWAYS smiling and happy, and the owner was very nice when I spoke to him. I will always be visiting here when I visit Halifax.

Great spot to just sit and enjoy the coffee or gather with your friends over the weekend and chat! It’s cozy, warm and welcoming. Feuilleté éspinard & feta is my favourite. You would fall in love with Croissants as well!

Le Marché Parisien is such a great spot. I absolutely love their butter croissant it’s perfectly flaky, golden, and melts in your mouth with every bite. The cinnamon swirl is just as good, soft and warm with the perfect amount of sweetness and spice. I also got their vanilla frappe, and it tied everything together smooth, creamy, and full of flavor. The whole place has a cozy, Parisian vibe that makes you want to sit down, relax, and enjoy your coffee and pastries for a while. Definitely one of my favorite places in Bedford.

This French café has become part of my daily routine, and for good reason. The staff are absolutely kind, welcoming, and attentive. The café is consistently clean, one of the cleanest cafés in town, cosy, and full of warmth. Thanks to the owners who truly care about their customers. It feels less like a café and more like a family. A perfect place to start the day.

Beautiful spot and pastries and iced latte was amazing! Definitely a spot to come and spend some good quality time with family and friends. They also have a great selection of French baked goods that are very decently priced. Place is super cozy and tons of seating space.
